Signed Limited Edition Gicleè Prints (Editions of 250)
The computer revolution has affected the printing of paintings in the last few years, the most notable way being the introduction of gicleé prints. Unlike mass-produced lithographs which are run at high speed on a printing press using inks that fade in a few years, a gicleé print is made using a sophisticated ink-jet printer and high quality ink. These inks use pigments instead of dyes, making them resistant to fading. The print is very faithful to the original painting. The Giclee are printed on canvas, varnished, and then are stretched just like Christopher's originals.
Christopher personally prints out, hand stretches, and signs each Limited Edition Giclee Print.
